About

Mark McBratney is a consummate advocate. He successfully represents clients at arbitrations, mediations and trials, his specialty. Mark has tried more than 75 civil jury trials in the Superior Court of New Jersey. His trial expertise led him to be certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mark serves as a Master in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, providing training to young lawyers. Mark also gives lectures on trial law to legal organizations, and is an adjunct professor at Kean University.

Mark began his career representing insurance companies, but decided he would rather employ his skills helping injured parties. Since then he has represented clients in all types of personal injury lawsuits, including cases involving wrongful death, sexual assault, automobile accidents and medical malpractice, and has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his injured clients.
