New Jersey Man Awarded $10 Million for Lou Gehrig’s Disease Misdiagnosis
Eric Davenport sued a hospital for medical malpractice after being misdiagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. In reality, Davenport was suffering from spinal cord compression.
