About

Christopher J. Metcalfe earned his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University, and his Law Degree from St. Thomas University.

He is the Managing Partner of our firm’s PIP Arbitration Division.

He has litigated thousands of arbitration claims, ensuring that auto accident victims receive the proper medical attention for their injuries and that the medical providers are properly paid for their services.

He was one of the original members of the No-Fault Advisory Council, whose function is to work closely with The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance to establish the rules and regulations regarding New Jersey’s No-Fault (PIP) Insurance as well as the New Jersey No-Fault Arbitration process. The Council is a select group of attorneys and representatives from the industry, limited to only seven members that represent Claimants.

Practicing since 1995, he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He has lectured before lawyers and medical providers regarding the subject of auto insurance and PIP arbitration, and is recognized by many throughout the State as an advocate of patient and provider rights in the PIP arbitration process.
