Elizabeth Tatkow-Flack, Esq. has been an attorney for over 30 years and focuses exclusively on clients who have been injured through no fault of their own, while aggressively managing her clients’ cases from beginning to end. Elizabeth will not stop until all remedies are exhausted. She has tried matters arising from motor vehicle accidents, commercial transportation accidents, workplace accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, construction accidents, and product liability matters. Over the course of Ms. Flack’s legal career, she has settled more than $10,000,000 in combined settlements.
Prior to joining the Seigel law Group, she worked as an Attorney for Marcus and Levy P.C., in Elmwood Park, New Jersey where she focused her practice primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury, handling a full active case load where she attended arbitrations, settlement conferences, depositions, motions, and trials on a continuous basis. Prior to that, she was an Attorney at the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold in Fort Lee, New Jersey and recently was Of Counsel to Lawrence Kleiner in Closter, New Jersey.
Ms. Flack completed her law degree at Touro School of Law in Huntington, New York, where she graduated Cum Laude and she also attended Whittier School of Law in Los Angeles, California.
She has lectured and taught law-related classes at colleges and universities as an adjunct professor in the State of New Jersey.
Elizabeth was admitted to the bar in the State of New Jersey in 1993 for both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey. She completed her bachelor’s degree in communication arts and sciences at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She currently resides in New Jersey with her 3 children.
